Building our Future
We kicked off our building construction
project with a ground breaking ceremony. We have raised about $100,000, enough
to erect our building. We still have $50,000 to go to
finish out the building's interior and install the exterior doors. This is
still a lot of money, but the very generous owners of Dynacon, Inc have offered
to make it a much easier challenge.
At the ground breaking ceremony, we were joined by James Stasny, who,
representing his partner Joe Janac, offered to match every dollar that we can
raise between now and October up to $25,000. So in other words, if we raise
$25,000, they will match it and give our club $25,000.
We have raised $16,835 but still have $8,165 to go to meet our goal of $25,000!
Please help us make our dream a reality!

Build Our Future!
The Brazos County Sportsman's club has a dream of building an education building at our range. The building will have many uses, such as a classroom for teaching gun safety, state, local coaching classes and of course 4-H values and lessons. We will be able to use it for Junior Olympic Shooting Camps, Christmas party and as a family gathering place during practices and competitions as well as a place to escape foul weather. It will also house a kitchen and eating area for our shoots, indoor staging area for shoot registrations, a larger office, most all activities encompassed at the range including clay target storage on premises. But most importantly, we look forward to the time when our large club can come together to nurture new and old friendships. It will be OUR Club!
There are two ways in which you can help us achieve our dream. Both ways will become a permanent reminder of your participation in our club. Please visit the links below to determine if you can help. Remember your donations are tax deductible and are very much appreciated by these and future 4-H kids.
